A gay man, Alan Turing FRS, was the godfather of the computer age. In turn, computers have had a radical impact on modern gay people, enabling them to communicate and campaign as never before. The House of Homosexual Culture explores our special relationship with the digital realm in an event featuring Turing’s biographer Andrew Hodges, and the ‘gay geeks’ who have helped revolutionise the world in which we now live.
